What is the trial period?
30 days free, full feature set of the chosen plan. No credit card required.
What happens after the 30 days?
You actively decide whether to continue. Without your consent there are no costs — no auto-subscription.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes are prorated.
Which payment methods are available?
Invoice by PDF, monthly or yearly. In Phase 1 payment is handled manually by bank transfer.
Is there a cancellation period?
Monthly plans cancel monthly, yearly plans at the end of the term. You can export your data any time.
What counts as a “property”?
A property is one managed unit (e.g. a flat or a house). Tenants and the caretaker of that property are included at no extra cost.
